On Container sized orders, once we receive a deposit, the order is non-returnable, non-refundable. Estimated 10-14 weeks for arrival to your job site. Freight prices are estimates only, and are subject to change at the time the order is placed to ship your  cargo. 

30% Deposit is required. Flexible financing is available with approved credit. Estimated 10-12 weeks for delivery.

If the shipment of flooring is delayed due to "force majeure.", the parties shall negotiate in good faith to establish a reasonable extension of the delivery timeframe, or to determine alternative arrangements that will enable the fulfillment of the agreement under the circumstances. , including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, government actions, embargoes, labor strikes, and other similar events.
 

Advanced Flooring makes every effort to provide accurate shipping amounts when the material is quoted, and then ordered. Shipping fees are estimates only. Due to shipping rates that fluctuate monthly, shipping is calculated at the time the material leaves the port, and the invoices will be adjusted up or down accordingly. 

Freight is an estimate based on current rates, subject to adjustment at time of shipping. Advanced Flooring will provide the estimates for shipping prior to order, and then provide the actual shipping invoice prior to the material leaving our facility.
